These Kale Chips are a great way to get in your greens!
Serving Size : 6
Preparation Time : 10 minutes
1 bunch Kale (Dinosaur or Regular)
1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Braggs Amino Acids
Pepper to Taste
Heat oven to 350.
Trim stalks from Kale. Place leaves in a large bowl, add oil and toss to coat the leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 20 minutes. Check to see if leaves are dry. If they still are limp, let them cook up to ten minutes more (but don't burn!).
Remove from oven and eat.
